Cherry leaves prevent tree growing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place any sapling; (As of 1.21.50.26 this bug only affects cherry saplings)
2. Place a cherry leave above the sapling;
3. Bonemeal the sapling.

Observed results:

The sapling doesn´t grow up into a tree.

Expected results:

The sapling should grow up into a tree.
