The Bedrock mobile players unable to join pc player

So if your friend is playing on the phone and they try to join your world of PC players, it will say Unable to join the world. With all the settings on and trying different methods still not able to join. We can play on a public servers but not friends.
(Note: It doesn't happen if a PC player tries to join another PC player)
