A Enchanted book with no enchants are created in the enchanting table, using 30 xp lvl

Summary:
I was enchanting some books when one of them was saying "...?", so I took it hoping it was a secret enchantment, but all I got was an enchanted book with no effect.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Join a server, Realms, or multiplayer world
2. Rename a book "...?"

The book has no glint

The book has a glint effect
