Parity Issue : Zombie and husk does not have charging attack animation

Issue : Zombie and husk does not have charging attack animation.
Expected Results : Zombie and husk should have charging attack animation.

Reproduce Issue :
Spawn a zombie/husk.
2.As you can see the zombie and husk don't perform charging attack animation like java edition.
