Joining world issue

So what happened is, i play mc with my friend (version 1.19.62) we both have the same version we played mc for a while but something suddenly happened so I cant join my friends world and my friend cant also join my world my friend couldn't join my world at first, now i cant join her world please give some tips of how to fix it.
