Cant Download Words.

Whenever I click download on a world it say its downloading but I can restart the game, my computer, and the launcher without it stopping or going past 0%. I cant seem to find a way to fix this and those worlds currently cant be accessed witch is quite annoying.

 

To Mojang please fix this issue soon.
