Mobs that caught on fire still look at player

Issue:
Camels still look at player when it caught on fire.

Expected Results:
When camels caught on fire it should be on panic mode and shouldn't look at player.

Reproduce issues:
1.Spawn a camel.
2.Look at the mob.
3.Burn it.
4.As you can see it still see you even it when it caught on fire.
