There a building terrain screen when going to Nether portal and end portal

Issue : There a building terrain screen when going to Nether portal and end portal.
Expected Results : There shouldn't a building terrain screen when going to Nether portal and end portal.

Reproduce issues :
1.Build a portal.
2.Go into the Nether portal/end portal.
3.As you can see the building terrain screen still shown.

(On java edition the Nether portal and end portal teleportation there isn't a screen of it building terrain instead it immediately teleported the player. )
