Custom skins are still broken I can't change my custom skins on worlds,realms and servers with out leaving for no reason

Cause of the bug with custom skins I need to leave my worlds,and realm and friends worlds and realms and I need to leave servers to change my custom skins and some servers don't show the skin I have selected but instead changes my skin to Steve.
