Crafting Cut Copper in the Crafting Table Gives 4 instead of 16

Crafting Cut Copper Blocks from Copper Blocks inside of the Crafting Table or Inventory gives 4 Cut Copper Blocks instead of 16 as is intended. The Stonecutter crafts it correctly however.

This issue persists with any of the Copper states.

This bug causes a massive issue when trying to make lots of Cut Copper as instead of being able to make a bunch easily anywhere, you are required to carry a Stonecutter unless you want to waste 75% of all your Copper.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Obtain Copper Blocks
2. Craft it using the normal 2x2 recipe
3. Observe how it gives 4 from the recipe
