Allay's neck anchor is offset

The allay's head is offset by 0.75 units when looking around. This is more noticeable when the head does a full 90º turn to face the player. This is caused by the look_at pivot not matching the head's pivot and being set to [ 0, 5, 0.75 ] instead of [ 0, 5, 0 ].
