Inventory missing when logging in.

Logged into my world, but was at spawn with no inventory. I had gear, tools, food, etc and it was gone. Went back to where I know I logged out and no items there. I looked in my ender-chest and my items there were gone too. From the last time I logged out to today, all I did was back up my world. Have no clue what caused this.
