multiplayer worlds connection error in multiplayer

Good afternoon, I wanted to inform you that on the screen I get this error "p2p/sig no session".
we tried everything with my friend, we even had to reset the game and it still happens, we tried with different devices, different internet connections, and different operating systems and it still happens, very occasionally it allows us to play together, but mostly we get this error....
