I do not have a texture pack and I don't know what this is

So one of 3 times I load in I get this, I don't have a texture pack active some blocks appear to be rotated, anything black becomes white, mud bricks end up looking like muddy roots, And I don't know how to classify this. For some reason the wheat looks like candles. I'll go and add in screenshots.
