cant play anything

every time I load up the game it gives me the Cauldron error. I went to find out how to fix it and did the steps. I have been doing these steps for the past few days now and nothing has changed. i cant even go to my settings on the game and try to change the account or any info in the game. I NEED HELP MOJANG
