Cannot load Mincraft worlds (greater in 100MB) on Xbox

When attempting to load my world after I uninstalled Minecraft (because of another related issue) and then reinstalled it, the message "Failed To Sync World Data" keeps popping up, meaning I cannot access it. I am worried that my World which I have worked on for years has been corrupted and deleted. I found out that this has been a problem since the Xbox Performance update back on October 5th 2022 but this has only affected me recently (February 23rd 2023). Also shown below the corrupted worlds is another world I did not create named "c1X3Y0u0AwA=" with the last login date being "01/01/70". I am unsure if this is related to the problem with world syncing.
