Emojis displayed as missing characters in chat

idk what to say but please help me i really want to use emoticons to showing my expressions to my friends in minecraft but the text is buggy

 no i don't using some addons

my model device name: CPH1937

in the previous version 1.16-1.18 i enabled to use the emoticons and now when around 1.19-1.19.50  version this bug happen until now 1.19.62 still occasion/occur
