Deleted mod packs still in world's mod packs

This always happens in my Survival world. After I deleted a mod, the deleted mods still in my Survival World. I tried deactivate with other mods, still didn't removed from mod packs list in my Survival World. Please fix this. It maybe adding up my storage in my phone
