Item output from Anvil deleted when it broke.

Happened to use the anvil quite a bit. Came to a breaking point with a book and leggings inside. As the anvil broke it deleted the leggings and book as well. If it helps source the bug:

• anvil was last use
• book applied was swift sneak 3
• leggings were named and enchanted prior
• netherite/mending/in breaking 3/protection 4/thorns 3

i don’t know if any of that is useful but that’s what the circumstances were
