Sniffers can jump multiple times when trying to climbing blocks. similar to MC-260234

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build the setup as shown like MC-260234
2. Summon a sniffer on the any blocks and wait for it to begin pathfinding
3. Watch closely as it approaches and attempts to jump over the any blocks
4. Take note as to whether or not sniffers jump multiple times when attempting to climb blocks

Observed results

The sniffer can jump multiple times

Expected Behavior

Sniffer can do only one jump to climb up blocks
