Game deleting my bought worlds

HI play Minecraft on PS4 and I can't add a Microsoft account, it kept saying I already had an account logged in, even though the Microsoft account was brand new, but that's not the only problem, everything that I bought had been deleted after I tried to add the account, I spent real money on those and they just act like I never did, and that's the second time it happened to me
