Torch flower does not connected to farmland

Issue : Torch flower does not connected to farmland.
Expected Results : Torch flower should connected to farmland.

Reproduce issues :
1.Get a farmland block.
2.Plant the torch flower seed.
3.See the flower and as you can see it float.
