Duplicated item word appears near the item

Issue : Duplicated item word appears near the item.
Expected Results : There should not be a duplicated item word appears near the item.

Reproduce issues :
1.Be in creative.
2.See the creative inventory.
3.Click on the item.
4.Then you will see a word near the item.

There should be only one which in under the bar below you.
