Global Resources Refusing To Open

Every time I try to go into settings, (in or out of game) and then to global resources, as soon as i click the part to add a resource pack it kicks me out of the app, then I have to wait for the loading screen and everything all over again, not quite sure why, i can view and removed/edit my packs that are already there and view the ones available for purchase.

My game and device are fully updated to the newest possible versions and I just want to add to  my global resources!
