Marketplace stopped working downloading content

I know, this issue has already been adressed on the bug tracker but it either got forgotten or for some dumb reason Mojang does not address this bug...

Problem: Minecraft marketplace content does not download anymore. I tried everything but none worked, here is what I did:

• cleared cache
• cleared Marketplace cache
• logged out of my Microsoft account
• reinstalled Minecraft
• deleted all Marketplace content and tried reinstalling

This is definitely a server-side issue and I cannot access any of my bought content. I payed for this and since 2018 this issue exists and still remains unpatched in 2023...
