Cannot connect to servers or LAN

Ever since the .62 update my family cannot connect to each others games.  It's happening between ipad -> ipad or xbox ->ipad and back.  All screens just sit there and state connecting to multiplayer before timing out essentially.  LAN doesn't even appear in the list, and realms 90% of the time state "cannot display realms"

Been working fine on .60.   Haven't changed any network settings on home wifi nor devices.  Tried resetting minecrafts, reinstalling, relogging into accounts, checking ports.  Nothing seems to work.
