Lag at a specific place in my world

Essentially navigate to these coordinates in-game (x-32,   z-20), hint it is made of nether-related stuff. Also, you have to look in the nether buildings' direction aka towards the big city. I notice it does NOT lag on the Xbox series X but it lags a lot on Xbox One S, I am lagging on windows acer predator 315 with RTX 2060. and 16 GB ram, I host a server on a weaker laptop but it will lag whether I am hosting it or while playing on it on singleplayer on my Acer.

It would make my day if u guys fix this stupid bug. I noticed that even if I blew up the buildings on a separate backup world it would not fix the lag!
