Game not saving/stuck on save screen

A few times now after pressing "save and quit" the game gets stuck saving forever and does not return to the main menu. Even after waiting for over 45min. Im not sure what causes this issue unfortunatly. Its only started happening after the last 2 updates if that helps any.
