Black block flickering white pixels

All that is with black textures flicker with white pixels. White pixels are hard to see on the video, but there are a lot of white pixels on a 4k monitor. Maybe it has something to do with it MCPE-166939. All errors and bugs appeared exclusively in new versions of the from 1.19.60. Before that, there were no such bugs and errors. I noticed that if you turn on the night, then the white pixels disappear.
