Cannot Sign out of XBL / Switch User in 0.16.0 Menu

Using the "Sign Out From Xbox Live" button does nothing in the settings, meaning that I cannot switch user accounts.

Steps to Reproduce

• From the start screen, choose Settings
• Under the General section, select Profile
• Tap Sign Out From Xbox Live
• Nothing happens - the game is still signed in as the original user
