Identical decorated pots stack in inventory

Identical decorated pots can stack in Bedrock but not in Java. Corresponding java report MC-260078 - WAI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Craft identical decorated pots.
2. Try stacking them together.

Observed results:
Identical decorated pots can stack.

Expected results:
Decorated pots do not stack.
