Pillager Patrols can spawn in the Deep Dark and Ancient Cities

What the title says. The Deep Dark and Ancient Cities are supposed to be devoid of all mob spawning, but I noticed that Pillager Patrols can still spawn. I'm playing right now, and I just had it happen to me a few minutes ago.
