Bees are not tempted by or attempt to pollinate Torchflowers

Summary:
Bees aren't able to get pollen from the block and aren't tempted or bred by the item.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get Torchflowers.
2. Right-click on bees to try to feed them.

Observed results:
Bees do not consider Torchflowers a flower.

Expected results:
The bee will eat Torchflowers.
