Player can't move their head at the back when riding a boat/minecart

Issue : Player can't move their head at the back when riding a boat/minecart.
Expected Results : Player should be able to move their head at the back when riding a boat/minecart.

Reproduce Issue :
1.Ride a boat/minecart.
2.Then try to move your head to the back.
3.As you can see you unable to move your head at the back when in boat/minecart.
