Cannot navigate marketplace owned content with controller

Summary:
Content purchased via the Minecraft Marketplace is inaccessible. The library of owned content both on the market and when creating a world (the whole right side of the menu) does not respond. Cannot move controller cursor over there.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the marketplace on Xbox
2. View owned content
3. Attempt to navigate to the owned content section on the right

Observed Results:
Cannot move controller cursor over there.

Expected Results:
The library of owned content both on the market and when creating a world (the whole right side of the menu) does not respond
