The hitbox of Torchflowers seeds is too big and not the same as in Java

The hitbox of Torchflowers seeds is too big and not the same as in Java. It should be centered and the same as Torchflowers (should not change depending on growth stage). This is how Java works.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the Torchflowers seeds.
2. Grow seeds and look at their hitbox.

Observed results:
The hitbox is big and doesn't match java.

Expected results:
The hitbox will be the same as in java / almost the same as Torchflowers.
