There is no tile data in fill/setblock command

As said in the title, There's no tile data option

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open chat
2. Use fill /setblock command
3. I can't put the tile data in the fill/setblockbcommand.

Observed results:

I don't see <tileData: int> in the command

Expected results:

There should be the tile data option in the fill/setblock command
