When Suspicious Sand is dropped onto some blocks, it drops

When Suspicious Sand is dropped onto a Daylight Sensor, Sign, Banner, Mob Skull, Sculk Sensor, Conduit, and Campfire, it drops

Steps to Recreate: 

1. Place a daylight sensor
2. Build a couple of blocks high above the daylight sensor
3. Place Suspicious Sand on the stack of blocks and have it drop onto the daylight sensor

Observed Results: 

The Suspicious Sand drops and is able to be picked up.

Expected Results: 

The Suspicious Sand should not drop and should get completely destroyed.
