Unable to navigate to my purchased content within the my content screen

I can access marketplace just fine. My account loads just fine. I can purchase new content. I can download purchased content if I can remember the name of the world to search for it within marketplace. 

However, when trying to access my owned content within the my content screen when I press right on the d-pad or left stick to move the selector over to the purchased worlds (which are visible on the screen) the selector won’t move screws leaving me unable to access the content. 

this is the same when using my account on the switch and PS4
