Boats can not be placed on light blocks

When you try to place any boat on where a light block is, You Can't. It doesn't place. But you can place anything else like armor stands, shulker boxes, and blocks

 

How to reproduce

Step 1.Fill a small area with light blocks(get using /give @p light_block)

Step 2.Try to place boats (or bamboo rafts) where you placed the light blocks

Expected result

The boats places where you wanted

Real result

The boats do not place at all
