Unable to select owned content when navigating the “my content” screen

I can access marketplace just fine. My account loads just fine. I can purchase new content. I can download purchased content if I can remember the name of the world to search for it within marketplace. 

However, when trying to access my owned content within the my content screen the minecoins icon near the top right gets a revolving white circle over it which doesn’t stop no matter how long I wait. When I press right on the d-pad or left stick to move the selector over to the purchased worlds (which are visible on the screen) the selector won’t move screws leaving me unable to access the content.
