Can't equip skins from the store, not even if I own the pack

When you try to equip a skin from the store the message of equipping it appears but the skin doesn't change, it happens in the menu and in game, even in split screen as I show in the video, I can only equip skins from the gallery of the ones I already own, but if I try to equip them from the store it won't let me, even if it is a pack I already own, please fix this.
