Missing features of 1.19.60

The features in 1.19.60 arent available for me. I tried on my realm, ive tried creating worlds outside of realms and I dont them. I play on PC so I got on my phone to see if its my PC, but its like that on my phone too. Ive changed whole pcs to check too. I checked my gfs and she doesn't have any of the features either.
