Very large pack caused the world MB higher and cause crash, lag frequently

Issue : Higher pack caused the world MB become higher and cause crash, lag frequently.
Expected Results : Higher pack should not caused the world MB become higher and cause crash, lag frequently.

Reproduce issue :
1.Enabled a heavy addons/pack in world.
2.Try to join a world.
3.Then the world will crash or maybe [lag the player if you could enter the world.]

Items that affected :
1.Higher addons/packs.
[Games will crash if the world is above 1000 MB or higher than that.]

2.Skin pack that around 120 MB or higher.[Further information can found at the reporter report at MCPE-175042 as state below at issue links. ]

3.A geometry.json of more than 50MB can cause lag then a crash if loaded depending of the OS version.
