Tool disappeared after I moved them from my chest to my inventory

I finally finish enchanting 7 different tools with multiple enchantments. I had placed them into a chest while I finished up on something else.  About 15 mins later I went back to my chest and moved them into my inventory.  After I did that the game started showing a loading bar thing and lagged, which has happened to me before so I backed out of the game and them reopened it. BUT when I got back into the game every single tool I just enchanted today and moved to my inventory were gone. Like NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. it's like the lag happened when I was moving the tools to my inventory and they didn't make it to my inventory but left the chest and just disappeared!! Can this be fixed? Can I get them back? I am very upset about this because it took me a long time to get all the different enchantments and xp to even get them for them all to be gone before I could even use them 😔 ! So disappointing.  The amount of time I put into getting everything and now for nothing. I feel like the game defeated me!
