many blocks bugged

i logged into Minecraft with no texture packs of ant kind and went into my world and noticed my lanterns where all red and flashing green. so then i went into another world and into creative and  placed every block that looked weird. i feel like there are more that are bugged but i cant tell because when its in your inventory it looks fine. the effected blocks i noticed are 

lantern, all prismarine blocks, crimson blocks, sea lanterns, skulk and skulk vein, and magma block.
