Error in tokens

I tried to start the session with windows on my PlayStation and it did not allow me due to lack of data, when I closed the window the game only closed and when I entered my tokens and the free and purchased games were automatically deleted (the tokens came as a gift for buying the game on a disc) I tried closing and opening the game but nothing happens it's still the same so far nothing else happens but it bothers me a lot and I can't access the games it appears to me as if I had never downloaded them currently I don't have the worlds because I deleted many worlds, including worlds he had bought but couldn't open.
