A pillager Patrol Despawned and later a Raid becan at a village without Bad Omen

While playing on a Bedrock Realm, I have noticed that If you allow a Pillager Patrol Despawn, You do not kill them, and you later go to a village, a Raid will begin, This has happened twice now, and it is affecting my technical farms. I did not have Bad Omen at all when either raid began.
