Switch Edition: Low FPS and Freezing after 1.19.60 Update

Framerate is low and it freezes. Loaded up my map i wanted to continue building today and it started lagging a lot. Freezes that stay for many minutes also happen A Lot and makes my worlds unplayable again with friends. The minute long Freezing is exclusive to Multiplayer turned on, but the framerate also Suffers in Singleplayer. I should point out that My Map ran perfectly Smooth before 1.19.60. So the Issue is caused by 1.19.60.
