Camera switches into blocks while looking down when sneaking 1.5 blocks gap in third front person

When you're in third front person, while looking down, the camera switches into the blocks when sneaking 1.5 blocks gap.

Step to Reproduce
1. Go make a 1.5 block gap to sneak in.
2. Go to third front person
3. Sneak backwards to fit in.

Observed Result
The camera switches into the blocks above the player when sneaking.
